Legacy Piece Ancient Deepshark: How to Farm Materials

Farming the Ancient Deepshark

In Legacy Piece, the Ancient Deepshark is a critical target for players looking to unlock the powerful Abyssal Karate fighting style. Farming this boss requires specific preparation and a clear understanding of the game's material gathering mechanics.

To begin, you must visit the fisherman NPC in the new map area to claim your license. Having a high-quality fishing rod is highly recommended to improve your efficiency. The primary challenge is spawning the shark, which requires Ancient Bait. This bait is not sold directly but must be acquired through your fishing efforts. Once you have the bait, you can spawn the shark and engage it in combat.

Materials for Abyssal Karate

Defeating the Ancient Deepshark is only the first step in your journey toward mastering Abyssal Karate. You will need to farm the boss multiple times to collect the following specific crafting materials:

• 15 Ancient Deep Shark Teeth
• 8 Shark Fins
• 3 Shark Blood

According to community guides, these items are essential components for the NPC questline. Once you have gathered these materials, you must also ensure you meet the other prerequisites for the fighting style, which include reaching Rank S or higher and obtaining the Ancient Fisherman race.

Tip

Always ensure you have enough inventory space before starting your farming session. Since you need to defeat the shark multiple times, stock up on extra Ancient Bait to avoid unnecessary trips back to the fishing spots.

Advancing Your Fisherman Quest

After securing the shark materials, return to the new map to interact with the Elder NPC. This interaction will allow you to progress your Ancient Fisherman race quest. You will be tasked with defeating the Fisherman Captain five times and collecting three Ancient Fisherman Scales.

Following this, you will need to gather additional resources, specifically five Fisherman Cores and 20 scales. Once these requirements are met, you can return to the main NPC to finalize your acquisition of Abyssal Karate. Remember that for the final touches, such as rolling for a passive ability, you should visit the Enhancement NPC.
