Legacy Piece Weapon Tier List
Choosing the right weapon in Legacy Piece is essential for optimizing your character's combat effectiveness. Because the game experiences significant power creep with newer updates, the "best" weapon often shifts. This tier list evaluates weapons based on their raw DPS, utility, and performance in both PvP and PvE environments.
S-Tier: The Meta Dominators
These weapons currently sit at the top of the hierarchy, offering the highest damage potential and most valuable passive effects.
- Ichigo True Bankai: Widely considered a tier of its own, this weapon excels when stacked. Its Blood Chain ability, combined with the Horn of Salvation, allows for the highest DPS output in the game.
- Undyne: A premier choice that competes with meta styles. Its "Undying Determination" mode provides massive nukes and essential damage reduction, making it a top-tier pick for both survivability and aggressive play.
- Solemn Lament: Exceptional for players who master its minigun mode. It provides sustained DPS, shields, and defense penetration, making it highly effective against tanky opponents in PvP.
- Acherin: Known for its damage-over-time (DoT) effects and resistance reduction. It is a highly mobile weapon that performs best when paired with specific meta abilities like Naughtbound Thunder Eel.
A-Tier: Reliable Powerhouses
While slightly overshadowed by the absolute best, these weapons remain staples for end-game content and provide excellent support utility.
- True Zangetsu (Bankai): A solid V2 upgrade that offers versatile AoE burst damage and a reliable single-target nuke for boss encounters.
- White Reaper: A strong meta contender. Although its jump move can feel clunky in certain rotations, its overall damage output allows it to keep pace with top-tier styles like Star Platinum.
- Geburo & Chihora: These weapons are frequently utilized as support tools. While they may have suffered from power creep, their passive damage buffs and life-steal capabilities (in the case of Geburo) remain valuable for mid-to-late game rotations.
- Cursed Love: Highly regarded for its fun playstyle and the Rika Zone, which buffs your Z, X, and C moves, keeping it relevant even if its raw damage isn't the highest.
B-Tier and Below: Mid-Game Utility
These weapons are excellent for players transitioning to the mid-game but generally lack the scaling required for high-level competitive play.
- The Black Knight: Highly recommended for its utility. While its damage is average, its passive support buff increases the damage of your entire rotation, making it a great transitional piece.
- War General: A solid mid-game choice for raw damage, though it tends to fall off later due to limited scaling potential.
- The Mindmaster & Lightspeed Ninja: These offer decent DPS and crowd control or mobility, but they are typically replaced by support-focused weapons like The Black Knight as you progress.
- C-Tier (First Espada, Thunder): These are largely considered power-crept. They suffer from having fewer moves compared to modern weapons and should be replaced as soon as you find an upgrade.
